SOUTHEASTERN JASPER COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI... NORTHERN NEWTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI... * UNTIL 145 AM CDT * AT 109 AM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR SAGINAW...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH. HAZARD...TORNADO. SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION. WHILE A TORNADO HAS NOT YET BEEN CONFIRMED...THIS CIRCULATION HAS LIKELY RESULTED IN DAMAGE TO POWER POLES NEAR SENECA. IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. DAMAGE TO ROOFS...WINDOWS AND VEHICLES WILL OCCUR.
