The number is too high to count, but apparently the Joplin Police Department's arrest of Mohr on a felony receiving stolen property charge finally hit the magic number.
Jasper County Circuit Court online records indicate Assistant Prosecuting Attorney William Lynch filed a motion Friday to revoke Mohr's bond.
need to figure out how 2 + 2 is put together sometimes. good place to start is casenet. see how many cases have been postponed by d.a. office for 2+ years. hmmmm.
ReplyDeleteSo your saying it's 4?
DeleteI can tell you from personal experience that the personnel in the prosecutors office are vindictive and so much more. The overburdened court system is mostly their fault.
ReplyDeleteTheir fault via repeat offenders? Then yes, I guess it is their fault.
DeleteIf you would do just a little bit of research before being condescending you would find out that their huge caseload isn't primarily repeat offenders. The PA's office burdens the court system with cases that could be disposed of much quicker if they weren't so concerned with their own self righteous beliefs. (And this comes from within)
Delete10:48, you are a fool and have probably been prosecuted by the Jasper Co. for crimes. You did say you had personal experiences now!
ReplyDeleteYes, personal experience, from within. And my statement of the office being vindictive stands. They are more concerned with personal advancements than they are with actual justice. To them it doesn't matter if a person is innocent, it only matters if they can maneuver for a win. And if you think our system is too just for things like this to happen, you don't know our system.
DeleteYou all alla bunch of lame that need somthing else to do.
ReplyDeleteLOL----hey 8:28 THERE ARE GED CLASSES STARTING SOON-----IT IS OBVIOUS YOU WERE HOMESCHOOLED WITH ACE!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteOur system is a joke, and is in need of fixing. To often people life's get ruined not saved that needs to change. We make criminals! Then leave them with no other choices but be a criminal.then complain that there a criminal.... People need guidance sure but shoving people in a box to be dealt with later solves nothing just ruins life's. As a whole we need to love and help one another to get anywhere everyone needs help every now and again don't be the person ruining life's be the one that saves them!!
ReplyDeleteBRIAN--------------------Our system didnt create Ace Mohr-----HIS PARENTS DID --------------HE NEVER HEARD THE WORD ----------------NO
ReplyDeleteParents? He was raised by his grandparents.
DeleteYou don't know the family very well. No grandparents involved.
Delete5:59 just keep writing, you keep proving what a fool is
ReplyDeleteYes, keep turning that blind eye. It's hard to deny the situation in the PA's office, just look at the Ace Mohr situation.
Delete8:01 PM: The default assumption about any US prosecuting unit nowadays is that they "They are more concerned with personal advancements than they are with actual justice. To them it doesn't matter if a person is innocent, it only matters if they can maneuver for a win."
ReplyDeleteIf Jasper County's is different, we'd need some evidence of that, and given that we know they're corrupt when it comes to not investigating local political figures, it's a matter of record with the state auditor, and the failure to prosecute Rita Hunter, I doubt any will be forthcoming.
Don't like vindictive prosecutors? Don't break the law.
ReplyDeleteDo you know how stupid that statement is?
DeleteI too have seen the vindictiveness and non-professionalism of Dankelsons office. The system is broken because of people like this and it will remain broken. You can't take a defective part and place it in a higher functioning position and expect it to not still be a defective part.
ReplyDeleteYou can't take a defective part and place it in a higher functioning position and expect it to not still be a defective part.
ReplyDeleteWhile I'm not happy about him becoming a judge, I think he won't be able to do as much damage in that position. Right now, he's in charge of all county criminal prosecutions. As a judge, he'll only be presiding over a fraction of them, and his calendar will also include civil cases.
He also has to answer to higher level judges, and while they don't get sanctioned often, I believe it's a lot more common than for prosecutors.
There is a danger that the system allows bias in the selection of judges for a case, it's as a general principle supposed to be random.
I feel sorry for the people who randomly draw the short straw that will be 'judged' by this defective part.
Deletethugs that have been thugs for at least last 8years know him and Travis both news jail thugs stealing stuff get a real job
ReplyDeleteRoyce you must not know Ace! Maybe he'll get a hold of you before my brother does!
