    Don't worry. You have even less of a chance of becoming a local reporter than you do of becoming a public school teacher ever again.

    But we do enjoy listening to you whine, so keep it up.

    The Globe could use an expanded story base...

    Hard to apply for a job that pays $19,700 a year, expectations are to generate a lot of local copy from a large coverage area (one person for all of northeast Oklahoma and southeast Kansas? It would take one person to cover just Miami and Pittsburg properly) and the Globe mileage reimbursement is half that of most employers and zero cell phone allowance. It's not worth it unless you are a recent college graduate who is looking to get a job right out of college and use it as a stepping stone to something bigger and better. Only reason Globe is doing this because of the recent cuts made by the papers in Miami and Pittsburg and a concerted effort to sell more papers in those areas.

      Please allow me to respond in a manner both fitting, and readily understood by one of your apparent intellect...

    My dearest 12:03

    May I remind you that while you consist of adhesive, I exhibit a more resilient quality. Ergo, those epithets you intend to cause me harm are simply reflected back toward their source.

    Have a lovely and blessed day my friend(;

      My distressed soul, 3:35:
      There was no intent to cause harm in my comments. The adjectives used were simply cloaked in truth. Your incoherent, low brow come ts are neither worthy nor entitled to a response. Further, anyone attempting to project an image of themselves, by speaking of imagined qualities....well that should tell everyone all they need to know about a person and reflects poorly upon the poor soul. Until next time....
