AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2004-256, passed by the Council of the City of
Joplin, Missouri, November 15, 2004, by removing from District R-1 and including in District C-3 property as described below and located 4240 Highway 43, City of Joplin, Newton County, Missouri.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin to enter into a first amendment to memorandum of understanding with the Wildcat Glades Friends Group, a Missouri Nonprofit Corporation (“Friends Group”) for the purpose of establishing responsibilities in maintaining and operating Wildcat Park; and authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute said memorandum of understanding by and on behalf of the City of Joplin.

AN ORDINANCE approving an agreement and a work authorization with Allgeier, Martin and Associates, Inc. in the not to exceed amount of One Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($156,800.00) for the Baker’s Branch Interceptor Replacement Project; and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE approving a construction agreement with Blevins Asphalt Construction, Co., Inc. for street milling and overlaying in the not to exceed amount Nine Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Six and 07/100 Dollars, ($932,256.07) for the 2020 Mill and Overlay project and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE approving a construction agreement with Vance Brothers Inc. for street microsurfacing in the not to exceed amount Seven Hundred Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety and 14/100 Dollars ($718,990.14) for the 2020 Microsurfacing Project and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin to execute Work Authorization #6 to the Master Services Agreement for Professional Administrative Consulting Services with Guidehouse LLC (GH) formerly known as PricewaterhouseCoopers Public Sector LLP (PwC) to provide implementation and administrative activities, not to exceed Six Hundred Fifteen Thousand, Seven Hundred and Twenty-Four Dollars ($615,724) and authorizing the Interim City Manager or his designee to execute said Agreement; and containing an emergency clause.
