Webb City High School plans "Senior Cardinal Cruise" for Class of 2020

(From Webb City High School)

On the evening of May 15, Webb City High School would like to invite senior students and their families to the "Senior Cardinal Cruise."

On the night of the 15th from 7 to 8:30 p.m., we want to invite seniors to dress in their cap and gown, load up the car with their families and take a cruise through the parking lot at Cardinal Stadium.

Please enter at the dome entrance and exit at the north end of the stadium lot.

The lights will be on, the alma mater/fight song will be playing and high school staff will be celebrating and greeting from a socially safe distance.

Newton's Jewelers from Joplin have graciously donated a keepsake for all of our Webb City High School graduates and those will be handed out to seniors as they drive through the stadium lot to celebrate.

We would ask that seniors and their families remain in their vehicles and simply drive through the parking lot, making a lasting memory together.

Although our formal graduation ceremony will be delayed for a short time, we would like to celebrate our seniors and their families and do everything we can to still make this night special for the Class of 2020.
