At the same time as the state of Missouri recorded its lowest one-day number of new COVID-19 cases in weeks- 692, the state confirmed 14 deaths due to the coronavirus.
Missouri has had 1,439 deaths attributed to COVID-19, while the case total stands at 76,636, according to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.
Jasper County remains ninth among Missouri's more than 100 counties and metropolitan areas with 1,477, according to the state's COVID-19 dashboard.
