Not unusual, I see vehicles driving without lights on in the rain, expired temporary tags, broken headlights and bald tires. People ignore all aspects of laws enacted and police seem to overlook simple violations such as driving while talking on phones. I guess they are just following the actions of a mentally and very unstable person/republican party we have in office. Just does not send good messages to our children that you can do whatever you want.
Please seek help at a mental health facility , you are very ill and need immediate care
