January 13 arraignment set for Joplin woman charged with embezzling more than $100,000 from Cornerstone Family Dental

A January 13 arraignment has been scheduled for a Joplin woman charged with three counts of felony stealing in connection with the embezzlement of more than $100,000 from Cornerstone Family Dental in Carthage.

Miranda Wolf, 43, worked at Cornerstone Dental for 24 years, serving as office manager for three years before leaving in January 2020.

The probable cause statement indicates Wolf allegedly spent more than $27,000 on the company credit card on herself and gave herself a nearly $45,000 a year raise in 2019.
