Missouri Times reports a new Remington Research Group poll shows Attorney General Eric Schmitt leading the Republican race for the U. S. Senate seat currently held by Roy Blunt.
Schmitt was preferred by 28 percent of the respondents, holding a slim one percent lead over former Gov. Eric Greitens.
Fourth District Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler was third with 17 percent, followed by Billy Long at 8 percent and Mark McCloskey at 5 percent.
