(From Sen. Bill White, R-Joplin)On Jan. 14, I was honored to present a resolution to Crowder College’s president of three years, Dr. Glenn Coltharp, who retired from a 40-year career in the field of education.
During his presidency, Dr. Coltharp successfully navigated the college through a tumultuous ransomware attack and the COVID-19 pandemic, among other accomplishments.
