A Monett man waived the reading of his indictment and pleaded not guilty to a count of meth trafficking.
Judge David P. Rush ordered Troy D. Liggett, 28, held without bond following a detention hearing.
The grand jury indicted Liggett earlier this month for allegedly dealing methamphetamine in Jasper County
According to the indictment, Liggett "knowingly and intentionally distributed a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine on March 4, 2022 in Jasper County" and knowingly and intentionally possessed with intent to distribute a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine on April 26 2022 in Jasper County.
