Following a brief open session at 5 p.m. at the Memorial Administration building Tuesday, the Joplin R-8 Board of Education is scheduled to go into closed session at 5:15 p.m.
According to the agenda, legal issues, real estate and "hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting of particular employees," as well as "individually identifiable personnel records" are scheduled to be discussed.
