The preliminary hearing for a Joplin woman on a felony driving while intoxicated charge will be held Tuesday in Jasper County Circuit Court.
The Joplin Police Department arrested Audrey Miyoung Kim (DOB 1971), following a September 27 traffic accident.
Kim told police she had consumed "a quarter of vodka," according to the probable cause statement. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests.
Kim had DWI convictions in Caselong Beach, California July 14, 2005 and October 12, 2022.
