Joplin man ordered held without bond on meth, weapons charges

A Joplin man was ordered held without bond on methamphetamine possession and weapons charges following a detention hearing this morning in U. S. District Court in Springfield.

Jock Odell Gray, 44, was arrested by the Joplin Police Department October 15 and November 23, both times while riding a bicycle and both times while having meth in his possession according to the probable cause statements.

During the November 23 arrest, he also had a loaded handgun, the statement said.
