Pineville man claims to be cannibal, charged with sexual misconduct

The McDonald County Prosecuting Attorney's office charged a Pineville man with resisting arrest, disturbing the peace and sexual misconduct today.

According to the probable cause statement, Stony M. Russell (DOB 1971), created a disturbance Tuesday at an RV park, being loud, yelling at the park manager to "grab him a beer" and making "inappropriate comments" to the manager and his neighbors.

He talked about being a cannibal eating hearts and kidneys.

Campers caught the man urinating between their campers, exposing himself to them and their children, according to the probable cause statement.

He fought Pineville police officers when they arrested him, the statement said.

The charges against Russell are all misdemeanors.
