A Carthage woman allegedly kidnapped and pistol-whipped her girlfriend, according to charges filed Friday by the Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney's office.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of Christina Marie Hull (DOB 1990) on charges of domestic assault, kidnapping, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon. Bond was set at $10,000- $5,000 cash and $5,000 surety.
According to the probable cause statement, the alleged victim told the Carthage Police Department Hull pistol whipped her three times in the face and hit her in the stomach four times.
Victim 1 then advised that Hull pointed the firearm at her face and threatened to kill her. Victim 1 advised that the assault took place on the bed due to Hull pinning Victim I down with her knee. Victim 1 advised Hull spit in her face approximately 30 times and continued to slap her with an open hand. Victim 1 stated that Hull would sarcastically state that she was sorry, and she would never hit Victim 1 again and then hit Victim I again.
The probable cause statement indicated the alleged victim's face was severely bruised and she had dried blood on her scalp and right ear.
Hull told police she did not beat the woman and that she received her bruises in another fight. She said she had owned a firearm, but sold it a year ago, according to the statement.
The alleged victim said she and Hull "had been in a romantic relationship on and off for the past year," the statement said.
I hope that Christina Marie Hull, receives the same Treatment - Charges, Bond, and Sentence - as any Male would for the same type of Assault on a Woman.
ReplyDelete8:41 PM what is wrong with you? The age, sex, and orientation of the offender or the victim is immaterial. This took place in Jasper County, MO. They will prosecute aggressively and then plea bargain down to Peace Disturbance just like if it was a male offender.
ReplyDeleteWhere is the "Me Too" Movement - We should have a Charter Office for Jasper, Newton, and McDonald Counties here in Missouri - to handle all the Violence against Women.

It could be they are already locked up and using a device that someone smuggled in by kiesterizing it.
DeleteI’m familiar with this case as I was on the phone with Miss Hull when miss Hull was attacked. Basically the alleged victim is actually an assailant, and had an agenda to frame Miss Hull because assailant didn’t get her way. There was no romantic relationship between the assailant and miss Hull. What happened is Miss Hull entered into a lease with the assailant, and then reneged on the lease. This infuriated the assailant to weaponize the legal system against her.
ReplyDeleteTo add to the information provided by 11:21AM, people think you can just go buy a burner phone at Walmart, Best Buy, Etc., and use cash to buy minutes and internet on them or use Wifi at a coffee shop or McDonalds. Surprise, but everything you buy at Walmart, Best Buy, Etc., or the Internet you use at a coffee shop or McDonalds is being recorded from the time you pick the items off the shelf to the time you pay for them and walk out the front doors and so easy to back track where and when you bought those items, with your picture on the videos - the digital world is watching you.
ReplyDeleteYou are correct that is why the end user of a burner phone doesn’t purchase it themselves. Ideally it has went through many hands before the end user actually uses it. That’s why they are expensive everybody has to make their money.
