Missouri kindergarten vaccination rates fall below immunity threshold

By Annelise Hanshaw

The percentage of kindergarten students in Missouri vaccinated against diseases like measles and whooping cough is dropping each year as more parents turn in non-medical exemptions prior to their child’s first day of school.

Only 90% of Missouri kindergarten students were immunized against measles, mumps and rubella last year, according to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. That’s down from 94.6% five years prior. Some counties have rates nearing 75%.

According to the CDC and World Health Organization, a community needs a vaccination rate of at least 95% to be adequately protected from measles outbreaks.

“We are sweating,” Dr. Laura Morris, a University of Missouri Health Care family medicine physician and liaison to the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, told The Independent. “There are a couple of diseases that are very infectious that require really high rates of vaccination to provide herd immunity.”

Missouri exceeds the national average of non-medical exemptions. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 5% of Missouri kindergarteners had non-medical exemptions on file last school year, compared to a nationwide rate of 3.4%.

Headline from 2030:

Missouri Averaged 5 measles deaths per year in the last 5 years. Shockingly the number of hospitalizations for peanut allergies fells by 90%. Here's why experts say the two aren't related.

Lack of trust in government + the Medical Industrial Complex + COVID hysteria = fewer vaccinations. Simple formula.

Brain Worm Bobby Kennedy doesn't believe in vaccinations.

I think before he's done there won't be any.

We'll still have cow wormer and prussian blue though.

This is the curse of maga that brings ignorance, bigotry, and idol worship (orange peel) to our schools (see oklahoma) and communities ( see LA,DC). While putting the health and wellbeing of the non maga majority of us and our children with common sense and moral values in jeopardy, the the maga cult disregards anyone not white, or in contrast to the cult. Total alliegence to the cult and their dictator orange peel is required. One thing is for certain, maga members don't care about you or your children (see Covid). Fact.

The thing about the magas is that as evil as they are, they're just as stupid.

8:18 exactly
8:54 yep
9:44 Wrong, RFK has said over and over that he's for some vaccinations, he's only wanting to remove the unnecessary ones. And if you don't know about the history of children's vaccination schedule, how many vaccinations we have now compared to 30 yrs ago, or about VAERS, or about big pharma and their desire to make profits over actually healing people, then you don't have any room to talk. Your "cow wormer" comment confirms my suspicion that you are uneducated about vaccinations and only follow what the mockingbird media tells you.
4:51 So says the leftist cult member. You do know that children were the least affected by covid right? Studies were done showing, to no thinking person's surprise, that children were least affected, while the most affected were the elderly and people with comorbidities. Hard to believe in 2025 people still think that not being vaccinated against covid will harm children. Also, Mr. Orange Peel is the one who pushed for vaccinations, so not much allegiance on the right as it turns out.
People on the right care more about children than people on the left, it's an actual fact. People on the right are anti abortion, you know, the thing that literally kills millions of children every year. "theY donT cAre abowt thEm aftEr theYre born thO!"... Well funny thing is, studies have shown that people on the right are more likely to adopt as well, they're also more charitable with their time (volunteering) and money. So... sorry, wrong on every account.

Someone’s cousin was not quite right after his mom drank and did meth throughout the pregnancy. Time to MAHA and blame someone else!!

in between jail and rehab she did her research and watched some Qanon adjacent TikTok and Youtube videos so now they don’t want to have their kid take a vaccine because it might be harmful.

Now the kid stepped on a nail and they have a gofundme because tetanus!

4:35, 609, does anyone actually have the cognitive ability to debate here? "durr yer a MAGAT! tee hee i sholwed that person". Or, makes up an actual fictional story Hollywood style, "see, I just spoke it into existence, it is now true! my truth, my truth, my truth..." *fades off into the distance.
The funny thing is, everyone that has fallen for the "vaccination" trap is doing much worse health wise than anyone who has chosen to avoid the fauci ouchie, the Maga jab. You don't even need "official" studies done, everyone can just look around and see who is getting sick more often, or coming up with turbo cancer, blood clot issues, etc out of the blue. And I'm not talking about your 60 yr old 400 lb potential Trump voter in an electric scooter drinking big gulps of diet soda, I'm talking about otherwise healthy individuals. Who are the ones that are always sick now, who are the ones being diagnosed at fairly young ages with cancer or other health issues, or even dying after a quick battle?
Wouldn't you think that the streets would have been filled with the corpses of conservatives by now if the coronavirus was as deadly as they said it was?....
"my jab will only work if you get ur jab!" remember when people said that.
Remember when they said the Flu basically disappeared in 2020, hmm, wonder where that went... I guess it was because so many people were masking up huh, sure it didn't do anything to stop the spread of the virus it was intended for, to nobodies surprise that has done any research into the efficacy of masks vs coronaviruses, but it sure did a great job getting rid of the Flu!
I could go on and on, and that's just talking about the vaccine for one virus.
Now how many vaccines are out there for other things?
"Durr, that a long comment , sound like a crazy magat mother , i aint gonna think about anything more deeply, just continue to say simple phrases i was programmed to say herrrr"

Look in the mirror you fool.

Never mind.

Even Ray Charles could diagnose your problem!

Thanks for proving my point 951, another brainless response, not actually addressing any of my points (because you're unable to), just typical "durr, yur crazy! u think not like tv told me to think!"
Yawn, try again.

Can't debate stupid 734. My real responses didnt make the cut because they accurately described your pathological maga malarkey and revised alternative facts that present your lack of education and moral direction so succinctly.
