(From Seventh District Congressman Eric Burlison)Year over year, the systemic failures of the Affordable Care Act continue to add up. Since its inception, benchmark premiums have more than doubled, provider networks continue to shrink, and “coverage,” the justification upon which the entire government-run system hinges, increasingly means less and less in terms of actual health care for Americans.
Obamacare has failed outright; no amount of patchwork can fix this sinking ship. It’s time for Congress to offer America an alternative.
Auto Data Privacy and Autonomy Act Reintroduced
On Wednesday, I reintroduced the Auto Data Privacy and Autonomy Act to protect Americans from the unchecked collection, sharing, and sale of personal data generated by modern vehicles. As cars become increasingly connected, automakers now collect sensitive information, such as location data and driving behavior, often without clear consent or transparency.
My legislation would restore control to drivers by requiring explicit permission before vehicle data can be accessed or sold, strengthening privacy protections, and safeguarding sensitive information from misuse by corporations or foreign adversaries. Sen. Mike Lee introduced a companion bill in the Senate.

Republicans will have concepts of a plan to replace Obamacare in just a few weeks!
It’s like replacing horse shit with cow shit it’s still shit….
And our elected officials don’t have to participate in it, they made sure of that… rules for thee not for me
Every single "republican" needs fired immediately for egregious gross negligence in completely failing the country (if 1/6 wasn't enough. One of you maga nut cases will read this and then go off on some ludicrous false history about things that happened during the Civil war and pronouns naming people. Who the hell cares about any of that nonsense? Get a life maybe?
The only people that need good health insurance are the people that need good healthcare.
Just like the only people that need car insurance are the people who might have an accident.
Prove me wrong.
America has a Republican President.
America has a Republican majority in the Senate.
America has a Republican majority in the House.
Why is the ship sinking now Mr Burlison?
Why does it seem that Republicans never have a clue except when busy doing unto others and breaking things?
Is it because you stand by the guy who said this yesterday:
"I took cognitive tests. By the way, not easy. The first question is like what is this and they show a lion, giraffe, fish and a hippopotamus. And they say which is the giraffe."

Yes and Biden said this
During a 2008 campaign rally in Missouri, Biden asked the audience to applaud State Senator Chuck Graham.
"Stand up, Chuck, let 'em see you," Biden said, gesturing for Graham to stand.
Graham, a paraplegic following a car accident, is confined to a wheelchair.
During a 2008 campaign rally, Biden said: "Look, John's last-minute economic plan does nothing to tackle the number one job facing the middle class, and it happens to be, as Barack says, a three-letter word: Jobs. J-O-B-S."
10 September 2023: Biden was rambling mid-sentence in Hanoi when Karine Jean-Pierre, the White House press secretary, intervened and told reporters: “Thank you, everybody, this ends the press conference.” Moments earlier, the president had quipped: “I don’t know about you, but I’m going to go to bed.”
I’m gonna take my pretend $2000 from the tariffs, add it to my pretend $5000 from the DOGE checks, and stock up on my pretend $2 Gallon of gas.
