A federal grand jury indictment of a Joplin man on sex charges was unsealed today in U. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
According to the indictment, Larry Don Hilburn, 39, received pornographic material involving the sexual abuse of children and failed to follow sex oflender reporting requirements.
Hilburn, a former Neosho resident, was previously convicted of sending and receiving child pornography.
