The Grind, a mobile business, failed its Joplin Health Department inspection Friday, according to information posted on the department website.
A priority violation was recorded for having a handwashing sink that wasn't working due to a dead pump.
Core violations were received for having a floor near the main entrance that was unsealed wood and wasn't smooth or easily cleanable and for having a hole near the back corner and gaps around the walls.
