Stevenson asks for death penalty for those who forcibly rape children
The full text of the bill has not been posted on the House internet site yet, HB 2384, filed by Rep. Bryan Stevenson, R-Webb City, would increase the penalty for forcible rape or sodomy of a child to death or life in prison without the possibility of parole.

What happens to persons put in prison for raping children?
I was always told that they were "taken care of" when in prison, but their fellow inmates. I took that to mean they were treated the same or murdered. Which punishment is worse?
