LIMITED THUNDERSTORM WIND DAMAGE RISK. ELEVATED FLOODING RISK. LIMITED LIGHTNING RISK. DISCUSSION... ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE THROUGH SUNRISE...PRIMARILY ACROSS SOUTHERN MISSOURI AND EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS. ANY STORMS THAT DEVELOP WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE FREQUENT LIGHTNING...BRIEF TORRENTIAL RAINFALL...HAIL UP TO THE SIZE OF QUARTERS... AND WIND GUSTS OVER 50 MPH. DUE TO THE RECENT HEAVY RAINFALL OVER PORTIONS OF THE AREA...THERE IS AN ELEVATED RISK OF FLOODING ACROSS SOUTHERN MISSOURI. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY. MULTIPLE ROUNDS OF THUNDERSTORMS AND HEAVY RAINFALL ARE EXPECTED THROUGH SUNDAY. STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE AT TIMES.
