Police, FBI continue to investigate threatened mass shooting at KC or Independence Wal-Mart

The Kansas City Police Department and the FBI are continuing to investigate the threat, which was initially posted on Reddit by a person claiming to be planning the "biggest mass shooting in American history.

The KC Police posted the following Facebook message this morning:

As of this morning we are working closely with the FBI and other law enforcement partners to investigate this threat and vet the information that is being developed. Thank you to everyone that has been keeping an eye out and alerting us to this concerning post.
