The Taney County Health Department is notifying the public of multiple COVID-19 cases in four Taney County nursing home facilities. Residents and family members who have been impacted have been notified.
"The TCHD continues working with these families and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services to ensure appropriate testing and health and safety precautions are being taken," said Lisa Marshall, director of the Taney County Health Department.
Associated case investigations and close contact notifications continue. A close contact is defined as someone who was within six feet of a person who is contagious for at least 15 minutes.
