A 1:30 p.m. February 9 arraignment has been scheduled.
Alaniz, 46, is currently living in Tulsa, Oklahoma, according to court records.
Court records indicate a summons was issued for her court appearance. She has not been arrested.

For those who are familiar with the situation.... Rick has been a disaster for decades. But still, I can't believe he'd stoop *this low* to the mother of his child. She's a wonderful mom and would do anything to protect her child. This is a disgusting misuse of our justice system.
It is so sad when a child has to witness things like this. Prayers for this innocent child. Prayers for both parents to do what is best for her.
Tiffany has equally shown herself to be irresponsible with alcohol but we know she loves Whitley. There are two sides to every story. This is not a disgusting misuse of our justice system. This is why we have a justice system with family court.
But felony child abduction charges really!? This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard nobody's perfect but she did not abduct her own daughter Whitley loves her mom and that's that! Her ex is obviously just trying to ruin her life
