A change of plea hearing has been scheduled for 8 a.m. Wednesday in U. S. District Court in Springfield for Rusty Farley, 41, Neosho, who is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and two weapons charges.According to the indictment, Farley committed the crimes December 12, 2024 in Newton County.
