Lety's Snacks y Mas, 116 N. Range Line Road, failed its Joplin Health Department inspection Thursday, according to information posted on the department website.
The restaurant received an administrative violation for not having a permit posted and two core violations, both involving ceiling tiles
One violation was for having the ceiling tile above the produce cooler in disrepair and the other for having ceiling tiles above the drink station that were not smooth, durable, easily cleanable and non-absorbent that were not subject to moisture.
Firehouse Subs, which failed an inspection May 20, passed its reinspection Thursday.

McDonald's, 1123 S Range Line Road
Blackstone Gastropub, 1521 E Broadway Street, 1521 E. Broadway Street
