District Court in Springfield, a federal judge ordered Selvin Adolfo Mejia-Ramos, 32, Carthage, held without bond while awaiting trial for illegally reentering the United States.Mejia-Ramos was put on an ICE detainer after the Carthage Police Department arrested him for a traffic violation May 17, according to the probable cause affidavit.
