Federal grand jury indicts Joplin man on fentanyl, cocaine conspiracy charges


A grand jury indictment of a Joplin man for his alleged role in a conspiracy to distribute fentanyl, cocaine and other controlled substances was unsealed today in U. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Emilio R. Maturino, 24, is being held in the Greene County Jail on no bond.

According to the indictment, the crimes were allegedly committed between November 30, 2020 and February 7, 2022 in Jasper County.
