A Joplin man who blamed his meth addiction for his attraction to child pornography is pleaded guilty today in U. S. District Court in Springfield.
No sentencing date is scheduled for Robert E. Riggs, 46. Judge Douglas Harpool ordered a presentence investigation.
Riggs admitted to receiving and distributing child pornography between January 1, 2020 and May 25, 2022 in Jasper County.
