Former Joplin police officer Kenneth Andersen waived his arraignment today and entered a not guilty plea in Jasper County Circuit Court to four misdemeanor counts of misuse of official information by a public servant.
Andersen was allegedly using the city's Flock cameras to run checks on the license plates of two of his girlfriends and the current boyfriend of one of the two women.
Andersen's arraignment had been scheduled for September 30.
