Boys and Girls Club of Southwest Missouri, 316 S. Comingo Avenue, which failed a Joplin Health Department inspection December 12, failed its re-inspection Monday, according to information posted on the department website.
One priority violation and three core violations were noted.
The priority violation was due to the handwashing stations, rinse station, and the restroom hand sink not providing sufficiently warm water.
That problem is being handled, the report says, but "necessary replacement parts for the hot water tank" had not arrived.
Core violations were recorded for the following:
-The interior of the out-of-service milk box cooler contained a buildup of dried milk residue
-No hand towels were available at the handwashing sink.
-Vent and filter coolers above the hot wells and food preparation surface contained an accumulation of dust.
