The Newton County Health Department confirmed 25 new COVID-19 cases, according to statistics posted Tuesday night on the department's website.
The county has had 4,719 cases, with 484 people currently in isolation and 33 hospitalized.
Newton County has recorded 69 death due to COVID-19.
