A change of plea hearing is scheduled 1:30 p.m. Monday in Jasper County Circuit Court for a Carthage man charged with molesting a 12-year-old girl.
Jose Armando Alberto-Garcia, 39, was bound over for trial following a May 2022 preliminary hearing in which the girl testified that he had molested her on two occasions in 2020.
