More tracts have been sold in Joplin's Crossroads Industrial Park, according to a report scheduled to be presented to Joplin City Council by Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce Monday night.
An 11-acre tract has been sold for development of a truck washing station, the report said, and the closing on a 25-acre tract is scheduled for next week.
After that tract is sold, all that will remain is a 50-acre tract and four tracts of 12 acres or less, according to the report.
