Condolences for the man that was killed and to his family and friends for their loss.
Today, first thing police should always check - were they on or using their cell phone when an accident takes place - or probably once the family for the man that was killed hires an attorney, they will check it as a possible cause.
Cell phone use while driving causes an estimated 1.6 million crashes annually. Teen Drivers: Teenagers are heavily affected, with 7% of all drivers 15-20 years old involved in fatal crashes being distracted.
