Seventh District Congressman Eric Burlison filed for re-election Monday, joining two others in the Republican primary.
John Casey, Republic; and Grayson Hunt, Willard, filed on the first day.
One candidate, Missi Hesketh, Forsyth, has filed on the Democratic ticket.
Fourth District incumbent Mark Alford, R-Raymore, filed today. At this point, he has no primary opponent, but five Democrats have filed.
Those filing are Jordan Herrera, Kansas City, Wayne Russell, Columbia, Hartzell Gray III, Lees Summit, G Rick, Morrisville, and Jeanette Cass, Niangua.

As a red blooded Republican here in SWMO, I believe we need better representation than Burlison is giving. I hope we can find a much better replacement.

Burlson and alford are orange spineless, deplorable lackeys of the king. No doubt about it.

burtlson and alford are members of the magat goon squad.......always bent over assuming the position for the orange masters pleasure.
You can have your $1,000 but some of us actually think there is better people to do the job. Burlison is a horrible communicater (just listen to him try to talk on KZRG) and he hasn't done jack for our region.
