An Anderson man was bound over for trial after waiving his preliminary hearing Wednesday in McDonald County Circuit Court.
Craig Alan Ruble, 40, is scheduled to be arraigned 9 a.m. May 18 in the trial court.
Ruble allegedly forced a woman to perform oral sex on him September 5.
The charge involved an act that allegedly took place September 5 when Ruble asked a friend to bring him food, according to the probable cause statement.When they were inside the residence, Ruble exposed himself to the woman and ordered her to perform oral sex on him, according to the probable cause statement.
After 10 to 15 minutes, they were interrupted and the woman was able to flee, the statement said.

Ruble has a known history to resist arrest, by fleeing, using violence and deception to evade capture. Ruble has been charged multiple times with Domestic Assault and has been convicted of violating an Order of Protection as well as multiple other narcotics charges.

4:33 you do realize that every city, county and state has a Public Defender’s Office. This is mandated in our constitution that all citizens have a right to have a Public Defender, if one is unable to afford an attorney to represent them. This does not mean or make a Public Defender’s Office a Democratic office. Since Missouri is a Republican state, most likely the Public Defenders are likely to be Republicans, though it is supposed to be a nonpartisan office.
