Sinquefield lobbyist gives Cardinals tickets to Ron Richard, wife

It was a great game for St. Louis Cardinals fans.

The Cardinals battled the Milwaukee Brewers for 13 innings before reserve catcher Tony Cruz won the game with a walk-off single.

Among those in attendance at the game, thanks to the generosity of one of retired billionaire Rex Sinquefield's lobbyists were Sen. Ron Richard, R-Joplin, and his wife, Patty, as well as Richard employee Dusty Schneider.

The lobbyist, David Michael Jackson, did not list Sinquefield as the client who was giving the senator and his wife the freebies. The credit for the $360 worth of tickets was given to the Gate Way Group- Jackson's lobbying firm, according to documents posted this morning on the Missouri Ethics Commission website.

Jackson's lobbying clients include Rex and Jeanne Sinquefield and groups almost completely backed by the billionaire, Grow Missouri, Let Voters Decide, and Pelopidas.

Grow Missouri made two oversized contributions to Richard in October, giving his campaign $10,000 on October 17 and $5,500 on October 24/

According to the Ethics Commission documents, Richard received $670.87 in lobbyists' gifts (not counting those received by Mrs. Richard)

For the year, he has received $1,745.14 through the first nine months (again, not including the gifts that were provided to Mrs. Richard)..

So are all politicians. The prerequisite to run for office is that you have a narcissistic personality disorder!
