Missouri records highest COVID-19 rate for second straight day with 1,301 new cases, 16 deaths
The COVID-19 pandemic in Missouri continued to grow today with the state recording its highest 24-hour total for the second straight day (and third time in past five days) with 1,301 new cases.
The previous record, 1,138 was set Tuesday. The record before that was 938 on Saturday.
The total number of cases thus far is 34,762.
Sixteen deaths were recorded, bringing the state's total to 1,159
