A Joplin man accused of sodomizing and molesting an 8-year-old girl was bound over for trial this morning after waiving his preliminary hearing in Jasper County Circuit Court.
Jason Wade Black, 49, will be arraigned in Division II 1:30 p.m. February 7.
Judge Joseph Hensley reduced his bond from $100,000 cash only to $50,000 cash only.
Conditions of his bond include the following:
-He can only use the internet for employment purposes
-He agrees to submit to a search of his person, his phone and home computer by law enforcement at any time without warrant or probable cause
-He is to remain at his home in Joplin
-He is to have no contact with anyone under the age of 18.
-He has a 7 p.m. curvew and cannot leave his home before 8 a.m.
