The Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney's office filed felony charges today against a Joplin man who allegedly sexually violated an underage girl from the time she was 8 through age 16.
A warrant was issued today for the arrest of Bruce Lee Neukam, (DOB 1977), on two counts of statutory sodomy, two counts of child molestation and a single count of attempted statutory rape.
The probable cause statement indicates that another adult was aware of the alleged crimes. The woman, referred to in the statement as "Involved Other 1," told Joplin Police Neukam kept a chart of the girl's menstrual cycle to "confirm {she} was not pregnant."
Jasper County Jail records do not indicate Neukam is in custody. When he is arrested, he will be held without bond, according to court documents.
The girl reported the sexual abuse to Quapaw Nation Family Services, according to the probable cause statement.

Plus - Whoever this Woman - Was to allow a Poor Innocent Child to be Treated this way - Should Receive a similar Sentence for this Heinous Crime.
Children are the Greatest Gift that anyone will ever receive - and should be Loved and Protected - - If we could KILL - Both of these Individuals - I would not lose any Sleep over them Departing our Society.
I just Hope and Pray this Child gets the Counseling and Treatment needed and is able to Life a Normal and Happy Life from now on.

They need to put this guy away but it’s Jasper county. We all know what’s going to happen. He’ll get a plea deal and maybe a short sentence. It’s just so hard to go to trial for Theresa. Too busy I guess Wish all of these cases would go federal.

If you’ll look that man was convicted by Mississippi county, he was from Jasper county but this case didn’t happen here and he wasn’t charged here. Kind of my point. He likely would have received a much lighter sentence here.

Well as a family member married in and have some insight instead of just pointing fingers at the Father let's point fingers at the mother Rachel Mercer who likes to make up lies and have her daughter lie for her Bruce is actually innocent but his son on the other hand was not and is currently sitting in a prison in Oklahoma but yeah let's all jump to conclusions and say let's kill him not thinking he has children and a life has nobody had a shitty ex that likes to tell lies and make people's life miserable she just took it too damn far this time
He is innocent his wife Rachel Mercer is the making up all this and having her daughter lie for her that's why she is on the indian reserve so she don't have to go through our courts
