DIxon explains why MSU got short end of the budget stick
In this Missouri News Horizon video, Sen. Bob Dixon, R-Springfield, explains why Missouri State University got the short end of the stick when state money was doled out today.

Actually,part of the reason is, Bob Dixon is a lightweight in the Missouri Senate. Now to gete something done, you gotta go to Jay Wasson.
And, the budget process is missing Gary Nodler. He knew how to squeeze dollars out of mid-air for MSSU.
Now Ron Richard, he squeezes dollars and gets lemonade. Actually, Ron is a master at squeezing dollars out of lobbyists.
