Will Norton's father places time capsule in Cunningham Park ceremony

Mark Norton, father of 2011 Joplin High School graduate Will Norton, who was killed in the May 22, 2011 tornado, was among those presenting six time capsules that will be buried at the site of a plaque commemorating the 161 people who lost their lives due to the tornado.

The final one was presented by Josh Marsh of KZRG representing the media. Others came from schoolchildren, the city, and senior citizens.

The time capsule portion of the ceremony, which was part of the Day of Unity service in Cunningham Park, was followed by the dedication of the plaque.
