Seven Missouri Congressmen voted against extending the debt limit Tuesday. The measure failed 318-97.
The only members of the Missouri delegation to vote for the proposal were Democrats Lacy Clay and Emanuel Cleaver. Voting against it were Republicans Billy Long, Vicky Hartzler, Blaine Luetkemeyer, Sam Graves, Todd Akin, and Jo Ann Emerson and Democrat Russ Carnahan.
