The sentencing dates for two Jasper County men who pleaded guilty earlier this year in U. S. District Court have been scheduled.
The sentencing hearing for Robert "Bobby" Stevens, 31, Joplin (pictured), is set for 4 p.m. September 11. Dustin Teeter, 44, Webb City, will be sentenced during a 3:15 p.m. hearing that day.
They are the first of the seven people indicted by a federal grand jury in 2022 to have sentencing hearings scheduled.
The others who were indicted were Jacino Bernave, 32, Reeds, Amanda Consolver, 31, Joplin, Troy D. Frost, 43, Joplin, Jeremy J. Sanders, 43, Carthage, Oleysa A. Tiegs, 30, Carthage.
All have pleaded guilty except for Sanders.
