Joplin man, Carthage woman plead guilty to meth conspiracy


A Joplin man and a Carthage woman pleaded guilty during a hearing today in U. S. District Court in Springfield to their roles in a methamphetamine trafficking conspiracy.

No sentencing date has been scheduled for Troy Frost, 43, and Oleyesa Tiegs, 30.

Frost and Tiegs were the fifth and sixth members of the conspiracy to enter guilty pleas following Amanda Consolver, 41, Joplin, Dustin Teeter, 41, Webb City, Robert "Bobby" Stevens, 31, Joplin, and Jacinto Bernave, 32, Reeds.








The other person who was indicted in the conspiracy, which took place in 2022, Jeremy J. Sanders, 43, Carthage, is still awaiting trial.

None of those who have pleaded guilty have been sentenced.
