Before the Joplin City Council meets in regular session 6 p.m. Monday at City Hall, a special closed session is scheduled at 5 p.m. according to an agenda posted early Thursday afternoon.
The sole purpose of the session, according to the agenda, is discuss legal action or litigation involving the city.
