A 10 a.m. December 11 arraignment is scheduled in McDonald County Circuit Court for a Neosho man charged with felony stealing after allegedly stealing a pit bull from a McDonald County residence October 22.
According to the probable cause statement, Travis Wayne Charlton, (DOB 1981) went to the residence at 4:20 a.m. walked onto the property from an adjacent property and took a female pit bull.
"The event was captured on surveillance cameras and Travis admitted to taking the dog in a text message."
