The Newton County Prosecuting Attorney's office filed sodomy and child molestation charges against a Fairview woman.
According to the probable cause statements, the allegations against Tyler Nicole Stewart (DOB 1992) involve a child under the age of 14.
A warrant was issued for Stewart's arrest. She is to be held without bond.
